Insert the T-profile into the groove with light pressure.

Use rubber mallet or press for tight fit - adhesive optional.

Wood grain edge banding is usually made of PVC or ABS as the base material. Through printing technology, wood grain patterns are imitated on its surface, and then UV paint is applied to improve wear resistance and gloss.

PVC wood grain edge banding: Made of PVC resin, calcium carbonate and various additives, it has a relatively low cost, but its quality is greatly affected by ink and UV paint.

ABS wood grain edge banding: Made of ABS resin, it does not contain calcium carbonate. After trimming, it is bright and smooth, not easy to turn white, but the price is relatively high.

High simulation: The edge banding strips printed with high-quality ink have a strong sense of layering and fade slowly (no obvious fading after three years of indoor use).

Abrasion resistance and scratch resistance: The quality of UV paint determines its abrasion resistance. Inferior paint can easily cause the surface to become blurred or scratched.

Environmental friendliness: It can reduce the formaldehyde release of the board, and at the same time, it is waterproof and moisture-proof, extending the lifespan of the furniture.
