Component
EVA resin: It is the main component of hot melt adhesive EVA, and it determines the basic properties of hot melt adhesive, such as flexibility and adhesion. The content of vinyl acetate (VA) varies, which affects the performance of hot melt adhesives. Generally speaking, the higher the VA content, the better the flexibility, adhesion and low-temperature resistance of the hot melt adhesive, but the hardness and heat resistance will decrease accordingly.
Tackifying resin: It is used to enhance the adhesion and initial adhesion of hot melt adhesives, enabling the adhesive to quickly adhere to the surface of the adherend and form a strong bonding force. Common tackifying resins include rosin resin, terpene resin, etc.
Wax type: Its main function is to reduce the viscosity of hot melt adhesive, improve its fluidity and wettability, and at the same time enhance the heat resistance and anti-aging performance of hot melt adhesive. Commonly used waxes include paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, etc.
Antioxidant: Prevents oxidation reactions in hot melt adhesives during heating and use, extends their service life, and maintains their stable performance.

Bonding effect: When hot melt adhesive EVA is heated to a certain temperature, it will melt into a liquid state, which can well wet the surface of the adhered objects.
