Medium-temperature edge banding hot melt adhesive (operating temperature 150-180℃) : Suitable for manual or semi-automatic edge banding machines, such as 28230 and LK-76512.
Low-temperature edge banding hot melt adhesive (operating temperature 120-150℃) : Suitable for thin PVC or manual edge banding machines, such as LK-7652.
Technical parameters
Viscosity: High-temperature adhesives typically reach 60,000-80,000 mPa.s (Brinell viscosity) at 200℃.
Softening point: Approximately 80-105℃ (circumferential method).
Heat resistance: High-temperature adhesives can reach above 72℃, while medium-temperature adhesives can withstand approximately 62℃.
Density: 1.35-1.45 g/cm³.
