Selection criteria for wooden edge banding
1. Wooden edge banding should be chosen with good toughness, so that it can be sealed on the board without fracture.
2. Wooden edge banding has good stability and will not shrink or expand due to large temperature differences.
3. Good wood veneer edge banding has the advantages of bright color, smooth surface, no bubbles, no stretch marks, and moderate glossiness.
4. You can check whether the surface or bottom of the wooden edge banding is flat and whether the thickness is uniform, otherwise it will cause the gap between the wooden edge banding and the board to be too large, affecting the overall appearance.
5. Check if the strength and elasticity of the wooden edge banding are high. The better the elasticity, the better the wear resistance; If the elasticity is not high, the abrasion resistance is not high, and the anti-aging ability is low. In addition, according to actual needs, for those that require manual trimming, soft spots can be made appropriately, while automatic edge banding machines can make hard spots appropriately.
